Jfyi, REFEDS MET lists 5 Educause SPs:

two of which seem to be non-testing and are also in InCommon.
One is the above, the other one is
https://sso.educause.edu/sp
Only the latter InCommon exports to eduGAIN, no idea whether that
means it's more current or preferred.
