Then there's nothing to change wtih regards to your existing/old IDP,
and you register the new IDP with InCommon the same way everyone
registers IDPs with InCommon.
(I can't be more specific since I actually have no idea how things
work, not being part of InCommon, but there are Inc support web pages
and InC member mailing lists, and so on.)
