We have a simple membership structure for the consortium that's based on organization size [1]. We take requests from members very seriously.

Of course we take donations of any kind [2], but I don't get into pay-per-feature because we really need sustainabe funding rather than one-off money. But anything is appreciated and is likely to prod me to take the extra time for one-off or small requests.

It's not trivial to swap in totally separate parts of the project on a whim, and I'm back on the IdP right now, so it's more about timing.
