You only need one connection pool library but you have two:
1. HikariCP-1.1.7.jar
2. commons-dbcp2-2.1.1.jar, commons-pool2-2.4.2.jar

Choose one and delete the other's JARs from edit-webapp/WEB-INF/lib/ and
from webapp/WEB-INF/lib/ (build.sh copies them here too).

This is likely not the official HikariCP library. Delete it and download
the real one from the official source at
https://github.com/brettwooldridge/HikariCP. Their "download from here"
link points to
http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Ccom.zaxxer.hikaricp i.e.
Maven Central. While you are here, grab the latest release (2.4.4),
version 1.1.7 dates back to November 2013...
