After a quick test rejecting consent to attribute release, I see "An error event occurred while processing the request: AttributeReleaseRejected” in idp-warn.log and an entry in idp-audit.log which does not include the AttributeReleaseRejected event, that would require adding %e to shibboleth.AuditFormattingMap in audit.xml.
