Error mapping SSO, getting 404 on localhost/Shibboleth.sso/Status

Good news. Handler mapping problem in IIS solved!

Solution: When setting the handler mapping for *.sso in IIS (at least in
v8.5) in the "Add Script Map"-input box you have to click the "Request
Restrictions"-button and uncheck the option "Invoke handler only if request
is mapped to File", which seems to be the default setting, alternatively
set it to "File or folder". (obviously the requests must also map to
folders)

Now I continue with the installation. I'll get back if I get stuck with
other problems further on the way....
