Charset of attributes returned from IdP

Guys,

Really thanks a lot for the help. I disabled encryption, and analyzed the
actual traffic that is coming in the browser. Decoded the value from Base64
and I can confirm Japanese characters are readable. This proves that
Shibboleth IdP returns the values correctly and the issue is on Spring
Security Saml side.
