Logout / accessibility

Mostly directed to Marvin since I know he rolled out at least some form of what he built (right?) but what did your accessibility people say about it?

Initial review here for the logout propagation page was "epic fail" (they were nice about it) and they're going to help me with it, but since all of us in the US are subject to 508 compliance, thought I'd ask.

Obviously any changes they suggest I will donate back, but not sure what it will entail yet.
