Error mapping SSO, getting 404 on localhost/Shibboleth.sso/Status

Thanks everybody for some encouraging feedback. I'll continue to debug the
sso-mapping problem.

@Peter ["the software works"] - don't take the previous posts as criticism
to Shibboleth. Obviously something isn't correctly configured on my local
installation. And I take full responsibility for that :)
