I guess the SP's SOAP Transport would ordinarily only come into play
when the SP did not recieve any attributes and then attempted an
Attribute Query (over SOAP) to an Attribute Authority role within the
same entity descriptor.
So while you could look at more log lines above and below that one to
find out more about the context where that's happending, you might
also just "fix" the issue by releasing attributes to that SP.

Publishing a non-working Attribute Authority is never a good idea, of
course. So eventuall you'll want to fix that (or even stop announcing
support for queries in the IDP's metadata, once you've verified you
don't need to support those for/with other SPs).
