If this is for the TLS certificate on your web server that's not
really something this list can help you with.

Pesonally I don't use keytool and JKS files for TLS with Apache
Tomcat, I use PKCS#12 files instead. May not matter for your error, of
course.

Where do you get that error? In the web browser on your workstation?
Maybe test with curl or openssl's s_client with different SSL/TLS
options and versions to find out what the server is doing.
