OpenSAML.MetadataProvider.XML : ServiceName must have TextContent.

Reporting issues should probly be done using the issue tracker.
And OpenSAML questions should go to the dev list.

I'm no XSD guru but isn't localizedNameType an extension of string
(and there's no string value here not even an emtpty string)?

Other than that would you claim that the above made any sense, doubly
so with the (required) xml:lang provided?
