JAAS Config

We use git to track config files and try not to put passwords in files 
that we track.  Is it possible to reference the bindCredential setting in 
the jaas.config file from another file?  Or using something similar to the 
properties files that ldap authN uses?  That way we can track jaas.config
and ignore the external file that has the password.
