EncryptedID in attribute

Sorry for the confusion. Looking again at the soap response, I see the
SectorID is actually in there twice. The other one is in the path

ArtifactResponse/Response/Assertion/AttributeStatement/Attribute/AttributeValue/EncryptedID

It works more or less with the XML AttributeDecoder, so I'm sure
finding the element isn't the problem.
