Shibd not sending attributes

Peter,
In case of existing data-center Java App, I see the attributes dump.
The same app in cloud, does not show the attributes.

How do I debug the SP ---> Java app, where I am not getting headers.
How to check if it is AJP .. etc
Is there any easy way to send these attributes from SP to the receiving
Java app.?
