I would argue that auditing is sufficient for the consent side of this. You will not be able to easily get any of the consent data back out. It's not stored in a way you would find useful for querying and we don't provide any tools for that at present.

I would frankly try and use logging to accumulate the IDs myself, but that's a personal choice. We have a Splunk system, so I would probably use that and build some kind of interface for the help desk to be able to query them. That's if I supported targetedIDs at all, which we do not.

I don't have any experience with the database code (other than for attribute lookup). I'm sure others can share theirs.
