A short study about Shibboleth performances.

Dear all,

We (RENATER) conducted a little load test on Shibboleth for some
national e-learning platform that may or may not be built at some point
in the future.

Regardless of the potential platform, we found a few configuration
optimizations that you might find interesting.

I'll be presenting a poster about it at TNC 2016 next week in Prague. It
contains the main informations and optimizations we found. Feel free to
comment and, if you have questions and will be at Prague, I'll be the
guy standing next to the poster in the afternoon coffee breaks on
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Don't be afraid to trouble my loneliness.
