WebDav using Shibboleth

I had toyed with the idea of getting ECP support added to
e.g. Cyberduck (as it already has pluggable authn support) but that
never happened.
AARnet may have done some work there, to help with their CloudStor
file and storage platform, but short of that a common current pattern
is setting application-specific passwords (or uploading SSH keys)
after federated login to a web UI.
