Scripted Attribute Resolver ClassNotFoundException

I changed out hte bouncycastle jars in edit-webapp/WEB-INF/lib from 1.54 to
1.53 and it worked!  In future versions of IDP how do I know what version of
bouncycastle is in use?  Is the best method to look at the jar's filename in
{shibhome/bin/lib/bcpkix-jdk15on-1.53.jar ?
