The Dependency syntax has always been broken since the "source" designation was stuck on the parent element and isn't per-dependency, and the warnings pop out any time you do things that may "accidentally" work but are still potentially ambiguous in ways the IdP can't know are safe.

Using multiple dependencies at the same time can easily create weird problems and only the deployer knows if they're iffy. You can suppress the warning in logback, basically.
