Depends on what you want to replace. Have a look at the HTML templates
in the SP distribution.

That comes straight out of shibsp/remoting/impl/SocketListener.cpp and
supports claims that noone ever reads error messages, or that this
error message is not seen as often, which I find somewhat less likely.
