You have something wrong with your container, network, web server, client, etc. It's really that simple (by which I mean not simple, but impossible for anybody else to diagnose, it's not an IdP issue).

It's cookie-related more than likely, something stomping on JSESSIONID. Could be something like a recent poster was seeing, where a second session was getting issued and stepping on the original.

Probably only low level HTTP tracing and meticulous examination of all the requests and cookies will lead you to much of a solution.
