IdP v3 CAS protocol issues with MSIE 11

Hello all,

New member to the group here, so I apologize if there is an answer to this
question out on the wiki or in this list archive already, although my
searching hasn't turned up anything.

Anyway, I am working on deploying IdP v3 (3.2.1), which is going well, but
it seems we're hitting issues with CAS support and MSIE 11. Chrome and
Firefox work perfectly, but when I use MSIE 11 to authenticate via CAS
protocol, Shibboleth returns the following error:

An error occurred: ServiceNotSpecified

Are there known issues/caveats with Internet Explorer? I can provide
snippets from log files and config files to elaborate on the circumstances
if necessary, but I thought I'd start with just the quick question to see
if anyone has seen this before and knows how to resolve it.
