idp-process.log (V2)

I wanted to start with  a clean log file so I stopped the idp (/etc/init.d/tomcat6 stop).

Then I rm'd the idp-process.log file.

I restarted the idp (/etc/init.d/tomcat6 start) but there is no idp-process.log file created?

Any ideas how I can fix this?
