upgrade from V2 to V3

You should have a dev server on which you stage and test the upgrade and then the rest is up to you. Under no circumstances should you change keys, endpoints, hostnames, or any other aspect of the service during the upgrade.

You should upgrade the configuration of the old system initially and follow the detailed instructions in the wiki to gradually adjust it afterward, either before or after its in production.
