Newbie SP problem

What is TrustedPartners.xml? Do you load that in your
relying-party.xml in a MetadataProvider? If so does that auto-reload
and has it reloaded to become aware of your addition?

OK, but why? Do you need to override some default IDP behaviour?

The IDP does not have metadata for the SP.
