Well, that's kind of a red flag I would say. That just shouldn't be true.

I don't know what you want me to do. Either it's something you did to the container, something in your network path, or something you did to customize the system that isn't typical. That's the only explanation for a problem that isn't reported at scale.

Based on what you just posted, container problems still seem like the obvious culprit.
