I suggested what you should do (stop using /c2 as the handler prefix and use the same path prefix as the rest of the content), and the descriptions of the problem have been too vague for me to suggest anything else. What I can say for sure is that you have not mapped the handler location to the intended applicationId or that you have something else installed in Apache that's interfering with the request.
