If you mean accounting for you removing files, no, it doesn't do that. It doesn't build a new composite of the two. I suppose it could.

I suppose it could also function in reverse, which I guess is what you were thinking it did. If it copied from webapp as a pristine copy, to edit-webapp, then it would perhaps stay in sync more effectively.
