According to the docs [1] if legacyOrgNames="true" and
<mdui:DisplayName> is not available in metadata, the Embedded
Discovery Service will fall back on <md:OrganizationDisplayName>. What
if neither <mdui:DisplayName> nor <md:OrganizationDisplayName> are
available in metadata? Will the EDS fall back on entityID?

<mdui:DisplayName> ==> <md:OrganizationDisplayName> ==> @entityID
