Encryption Error

Thanks for the quick response, Scott!
I was trying to run the idp in the same instance of jetty as another application that requires Bouncy Castle.  I'll try standing up another instance and hope that takes care of the problem.

Yes, but you're using Bouncy Castle for some unexplained reason. So offhand I would stop that.
