Genetating eduPersonTargetedID for UK Federation

Thank you Scott. From what I've read on the uk federation website, eduPersonTargetedID is a required attribute.

If you mean, how does V3 do it in the non-legacy manner, see [1].

You should not in general express this as an attribute. It's a SAML 2 Persistent NameID.

If you need to express it as an attribute, you have no alternative but the legacy resolver machinery.
