The error at the URL you quote is (currently) slightly different from the one you infer.

"Couldn't find endpoint https://abc.com%2Fmedia%mytest in metadata"

And there is no way that the CDS can function without metadata.

It looks like your encoding is all wrong.  I do not have the protocol swapped in right now so I cannot remember what needs to be quoted and what hasn’t. 


I think from subsequent exchanges that you also need to think through what your problem is and how (if at all) you can map it to Discovery.  But the key point is Scott's
