shibboleth discovery service

In a vendor’s application, user can share a video to other users by sending the email with the sharing link in it. When user clicked on the shared link in the email, user was sent to Cornell’s discovery service so they can choose the type of ID they want to use for authentication. The location of each shared link is different, it’s impossible to define all of them in this SP’s metadata. What are the other alternatives to resolve this issue?
