Shibboleth IdP V3 /Shibboleth/Redirect

Thanks Scott and Mat. Got it working by modifying the webflow-config file and adding the below line. I'll make sure to note this was done in case we update before modifying our InCommon Bindings, but the plan is to change the bindings within a week of cutting over.

Certainly that's an option, make it work with V2 at the default locations and pick up stragglers before upgrading, but that's a matter of timelines I guess.

You can certainly also modify V3 via webflow-config to handle both locations and then change later, which would probably make sense.
