Hi,
I hope you can help. I'm trying to use testshib to test my new IDP, but I'm getting the following response:
opensaml::FatalProfileException
The system encountered an error at Tue Jan 19 12:35:58 2016
To report this problem, please contact the site administrator at service at ukfederation.org.uk<mailto:service at ukfederation.org.uk>.
Please include the following message in any email:
opensaml::FatalProfileException at (https://test.ukfederation.org.uk/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST)
SAML response reported an IdP error.
Error from identity provider:
Status: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:Responder
Sub-Status: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:AuthnFailed
The /idp/status page comes back fine, but what is also strange is that no IDP log files are being written, despite the logging level set t trace in the /conf/logging.xml file. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to try next. The IDP is on a Linux RHEL7 box and I'm using apache with Tomcat, and using AJP to proxy. The Tomcat user is running the Tomcat service and has full access to the /shibboleth-idp/logs directory.
Can someone offer any guidance?
Thanks,
Regards,
James
