I’ve used the Grinder framework fairly extensively, and it’s what I ran against v3 in the initial load tests.  It’s a reasonable implementation with configurable endpoints, credentials, and so forth.  The only thing that really doesn’t work is that it doesn’t handle the flowExecutionKey properly, though X-Windows is an interminable source of suffering.

That said, it’s reasonably crusty at this point, and other load testing frameworks are more actively maintained.  I’d be in favor of yanking the reference here as long as there’s something else to point to.  It’s pretty much just a generic login script.
