I sort of remember it.  It was something Chad did with Grinder, I think
still while at GU, IIRC.  No idea what the state of it is.  Or whether
it even works with v3, etc. 

It wasn't converted according to the Git conversion page [1], which is
the reason for the OP's error trying to access.  We say there " Anyone
needing these sources can acquire a copy of the final svn repository
dump."  I don't know where those dumps are...
