Client Authentication issue from NAT POOL

That is a good question. If I resolve the IP address the hostname leads me to
believe this is server running
Shibboleth IdP. The client never gets to the application server so I believe
the failure is occuring at the the IdP. 

I do not have access to the application server but the consistendAddress
property is exactly the type of thing I am looking for. Something to start a
conversation on their end
