Beginner Address Authentication Question

Tried filing a bug for it but couldn't log into
https://issues.shibboleth.net/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa. Tried a couple of
different browsers and I don't think any of them were blocking cookies for
the site. I doubt I can find staff at Purdue to fix what is released by them
even if they didn't have a bunch of bureaucracy I'd have to go through. May
be several years before this would become critical knowing how fast ipv6 is
getting adopted.
