Metadata - 404 (Resource cannot be found)

We are a service provider and I'm trying to setup a new client on my local - I have setup all the basic things


*         Modified Shibboleth2.xml file to include configuration for this new client

o   Added <Site>, <Host>, and <ApplicationOverride> entries

*         Created Certificate and Key files by providing the hostname and entityID. The file names match with the entries as specified in the <CredentialResolver> node

*         Made sure the Handler mappings and ISAPI filters are correctly set for the site in IIS

*         The shibd process starts fine w/o any errors

When I try to access the metadata (https://hostName/Shibboleth.sso/Metadata) or status (https://hostName/Shibboleth.sso/Status ), I'm getting a 404 error ("The resource cannot be found"). I have checked the shibd.log file and I don't see any errors.
Am I missing something?
