Relying party entity id

Hi,
  Is there a way to get the relying party entity Id in the external authentication servlet in v3.x?

In v2 I used to get it from the login context like below
LoginContext loginContext = HttpServletHelper.getLoginContext(
                HttpServletHelper.getStorageService( getServletConfig().getServletContext()),
                getServletConfig().getServletContext(), request);
relyingPartyEntityId = loginContext.getRelyingPartyId();
