CAS and method=POST

Can you please cite a reference for this? I recall that's a feature of the Jasig CAS server specifically, not something defined in the protocol [1].

It does seem to have made its way into the 3.0 protocol definition as an optional feature.  Whether that’s the version being implemented here or what the standards process is, I have no clue.  Here’s one of many instances of the text Brian cites.
