Problems with SLO

Hello Guru's
    I've been successful at getting SSO working with our SP, but SLO isn't working right.  The web page displays:
The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this service.

When I look in my log files I see:

2016-02-23 11:22:34,121 - WARN [org.opensaml.profile.action.impl.LogEvent:76] - An error event occurred while processing the request: InvalidProfileConfiguration

    Where do I look to make the correction?
