Thanks for all the responses.  I’ll let the conversation continue, but I didn’t expect so much work to already be in progress, and I want to get some of this into a more visible place.  I’ve added a section for build management resources to:

Please don’t be hesitant about starting to link things in.  I didn’t move the modified edition of the installer to this section since it seems aimed at a very different set of deployers.

I’ll fire off a follow-up if nothing awesome magically appears there.
