There is an SP with entityID https://wiki.shibboleth.net/shibboleth
registered by the UK federation. Scott and Ian are technical contacts
for this & contact at shibboleth.net is the support contact.

This SP was opted-in to eduGAIN on 2011-12-07 and appears to be the one
which is in the current eduGAIN aggregate (with
creationInstant="2016-02-16T13:22:29Z")
