Sunsetting of Centralized Discovery Service software

Membership has its privileges, namely direct involvement in decision making. I feel very good about the process, and I also would add that we've circulated this likely decision here a few times over the last year.

There's plenty of other discovery software, like the SWITCH WAYF, and I'm sure others have their picks.

I believe Scott Koranda? was going to file a RFE to include cookie bypass in the EDS, but in the meantime I doubt it's all that hard to throw that into the Javascript if somebody wanted.
