confirming Shibcas flow config files are built into correct location

I have configured Shibcas following using https://github.com/Unicon/shib-cas-authn3. I am also using this (https://github.com/UniconLabs/shibboleth-sample-java-sp) to test my installation and configuration. When I go from the sp application to my idp application, I get the following NoSuchFlowDefinitionException exception.

No flow definition 'authn/Shibcas' found

I am new to Spring Webflow and I'd like to confirm in my idp.war file that the webflow files are in the correct place. When I look in the idp.war file after rebuilding, I don't seem to see where they are (I assume they should be in WEB-INF/jsp/flows/authn/Shibcas or something similar). Where should these flow files exist in the war?

I put all the flow config files in id.home/flows/authn/Shibcas according to the Shibcas instructions.
