Shibboleth IdP 3.2.1 Windows MSI installer small flaws

In the 3.2.1 MSI installer:

 - if you have it configure AD as part of install, it is lowercasing the password
 - in the resolver search, it is still configuring for 'uid=' rather than 'sAMAccountName='
