Freshdesk integration via SAML.

Hi Dave,

I would like to add it, but the main point is that I applied all
changes which are already well documented in the wiki.

My mistakes were related to wrong attribute ids and similar (e.g.
referencing "mail" instead of "User.mail" which is Freshdesk related).

Not sure if i can really help. Anyhow I'll try to prepare a Freshdesk
section in the wiki with the proper steps.
